Ingredients
- Cooked rice3 cups
- Nutralite3 tablespoons
- Garlic cloves green7-8
- Onions chopped1/2 cup
- French beans chopped2 tablespoons
- Cabbage grated2 tablespoons
- Cauliflower grated2 tablespoons
- Carrot grated2 tablespoons
- Saltto taste
- Garlic paste2 tablespoons
- Green garlicstalks
Method
Step 1
Finely chop green garlic cloves.
Step 2
Heat Nutralite in a non-stick wok, add garlic and sauté till brown. Add onions and sauté. Add French beans, cabbage, cauliflower and carrot and mix well.
Step 3
Add salt and cooked rice. Sprinkle ¼ cup water, add garlic paste and mix well.
Step 4
Finely chop green garlic stalks and add and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
